Question about transfering (self.starbucksbaristas)

So my wife and i are thinking about moving from utah to oregon (leave the terrible place) and i make just under minimum wage for oregon, when transferring would i get a raise in about the same amount so like 3 dollars above minimum wage or would it just bump me to their minimum.
Additional information im a shift, and have been at Starbucks for a year.
(I just need to know like a rough ball park of what to expect)

unfortunately from what I understand- you get paid what everyone else is being paid at the store, I go to school in a different state so I actually get a 1.00$ cut from my pay check while at school.
