Does anyone have experience using Lyra for career coaching/guidance? If so, what is it like?
I was hoping that they would help me find a career option that I could pursue because I’m unsure of what to do, and I would like to leave the company after many years 🥺

Lyra is a short term therapy program so i don’t think they will help you be a career advisor but can certainly talk to you about it and relieve some of that stress! I would recommend using the lyra benefit to every partner
