as long as they can actually tell me what’s wrong with it. sometimes people ask for remakes with no explanation on what’s wrong and i just make it the same way bc idk what else to do lol

I was asking Bc I’m a barista myself and when I go in to get a drink anywhere and they make my drink wrong I get too embarrassed to ask for a remake without sounding like a bitch you get me?

i’m the same way!!! lol even though i usually don’t get too bothered by it it’s so hard for me to actually ask for a remake at other stores bc i know it’s still an inconvenience. even when i try to be as nice as possible i still feel like i’m being annoying 😭😭 i feel you so hard on that, we need to learn that it’s okay to ask for remakes!!!

Depends! like if taste is off sure 100% but my annoyance is more like the tik tok people who go "it doesn't look like the video" and like they haven't tasted it either. We have a women who constantly accuses us of not putting her 2 shots in her frappuccino, wont even taste the drink. Looks slightly light and she is pissed as hell.

Not all the time. It really depends on how nice they are and what's wrong with the drink. When it's peak and we're slammed it does piss me off lol but I'm never angry with them (unless they're an asshole).

if it’s for a legit reason, if they want me to remake a mocha because it has too much milk then that’s crossing a line it’s gonna be the same amount when i remake it
