I’m not sure but our DM didn’t like that we were righting negative comments about being understaffed and asked our SM to talk to us. We all sat down and expressed our feelings and we came to the conclusion that it’s fine to feel that way, but as a shift you have to set the tone for the floor. Now that I’ve stepped down I really see how the shifts attitude affects the other baristas.
