hello y'all! i just got my partner card today as a new partner (320xxxxx, brand new haha) and was wondering if i put it into my account correctly? i added it as i would a gift card but it shows up as a generic card with $0, is that normal? also, can I request to be mailed a physical partner card on a personal computer or does it have to be the starbucks computer? thank you!!! :)

They actually just changed it a few weeks ago, partner numbers no longer go in order and also have 8 digits. If someone is a 3xxxxxxx it’ll be impossible to tell when they were hired, other than knowing it was after May 2021.

You will scan it like a regular card and your info will pop up for the discount. It just makes it easier so you don’t have to say your numbers out loud you can load it like a regular gift card also! You can request a plastic partner card on your personal computer :)
