So short story that only turned funny after the fact.

So I'm solo on DTR/DTO and this woman in a car pulls up, she orders two venti Iced chais and maybe a caramel macchiato. I'm putting her order in and then notice that she's gesturing around and seems almost angry. She then flips the bird as I'm talking to her.

I make sure everything is correct, and then she pulls up to the window. I hand her the drinks and she pays, then leaves the window. I'm a bit annoyed but whatever, I think it's just a pissy customer, whatever.

The next car pulls up and I recognize the occupants - it's a fellow partner and her boyfriend! I ask her, "Hey did the customer in the car ahead of you, did you notice that she seemed angry?" And the partner starts laughing and is like "that was my *mom*! She was flipping me off cuz she didn't realize we were behind her!"

Turns out her mom didn't realize we could see her and didn't think about how it looked in the camera.
