Its really frustrating when people now in drive through reply back to you when you tell them something is out....by saying our store doesn't know how to order things and we need to fix it. Customers now are going to ruin our customer voice scores by giving us bad reviews just on the fact that the company is out of product. Its not the stores fault.... please be kind to your baristas during the chaotic time. They already have to deal with telling every customer that they are out of product.
