What’s the biggest differences between the Mastrena II and the regular old espresso machines? (self.starbucksbaristas)

i’ll be transferring back to my other store soon & we just got remodeled there so i want to know if i need to know anything before using!!

There’s a lot tbh, the way the steam wand works is different, you have three hoppers available at once (blonde, decaf, and espresso), you only have to tab it once a day, it’s much faster, you can pull 3 ristreto shots (I think the old machine would only let you pull two at any given time), the machine rinses it’s self, and I’m sure there’s more that is different lol. I love the new machines.
