Hello!! I am a relatively new bean (about 3 months). I was hired for the opening team of a brand new store that’s about a a little over a month old now. Recently there has been a few shift manager positions that have opened and I’ve been asked if I am interested in applying. Although I am still new, I am picking up things rather quickly and I feel as if I could be able to fulfill the position but I have my doubts and worries. I am just asking for some advice from more experienced partners about becoming a SSV so soon into being with the company.

I haven’t fully decided if I want to apply, but it was mentioned to me personally by my SM so I am just unsure on what to do.
