Set the passcode on your watch to where you only use it when you first put it on. That will help unless you mean because you want to wear it at work and thus keep it on you (not on your wrist) to keep a check on things while on the floor; in which case I cannot help because your phone can be hacked via your watch very easily, and that’s why their security blocks it like that, to protect all employee bank accounts, and their identities from harassment.

I’m assuming you’re talking about an apple watch? you should only have to enter your password when you put the watch on, then it should stay unlocked until you take it off
