Questions about Starbucks LOA (self.starbucksbaristas)

I'm taking an loa but my SM couldnt give me a lot of details
I talked to the number I was supposed to call Tuesday and haven't heard anything since. I am supposed to start LOA monday but I don't even think my SM has been notified. Should I reach out to them again?
Also 2 unrelated (sort of) questions: how many hours do you have to work for the college plan benefit and do my benefits still work on LOA? also can I get another job while on LOA and not be terminated?
