i think they should get charged less but we have no power to do that within the power structure that is the preprogrammed computer program (that is frustratingly not well laid out. having to press different buttons for strawberry acai refresher when they only mention after they list all their complex add ons that they want lemonade and i have to type it all in again, among other problems)

I agree with not charging for nondairy unless its like a substitute for water but i disagree with charging less if someone doesnt get fruit in their refresher i mean its just 3-4 baby fruits its Not that big of a deal and besides if I were to go to McDonald’s and order a burger with no pickles should I get charged less because I got something taken out? No

as a customer i dont want to be charged the same for less product, but as an employee its true that we're still doing the work to make the drink more custom (more mental effort)--tho its not like we get our fair share of our labor anyhow, so its not like they're really being charged for our labor but

I usually just ask them if they want strawberry inclusions instead. If not then oh well.
