I know there’s resources I can go to find this info, but I’m tired and I have a busy day so I’m going to be lazy lol.
How long can a vacation be before you have to use a personal LOA?
I need some time off after the last year just to not be at work for a while, and I’m just wondering how long exactly I can just request off without having to deal with doing a leave of absence. It’s something like two or three weeks right?

When I first started I was having some issues with my mental health and I just went to my manager and let her in on how I was feeling. She gave me two weeks off no problem. Didn’t have to be sanctioned as a LOA or anything. Just time off

You tan take as as long as you want. After a month though I think you have to go on loa. I would suggest talking to your manager.

I think the official policy is more than 3 days you're supposed to take a LOA, but talk to your manager about it.
