It’s been awhile since I’ve made the new cold brew (before it’s put into kegs) can someone remind me how many liters of water it takes? I believe it’s two cubes right? One inside filer and one poured outside and around after you tie?

Total of 14 liters of H2O per 5 pound bag of ground (coarse) cold brew beans

If you fill one of the older cubes up to the top with one finger of room then that's 7L
