hi, everyone!!!
so ive started working for starbucks for only about a few days now (about to finish my third day of training monday) and found out that im going to be starting my first non training shifts at a new store.
i didnt transfer technically, but my SM needed me to go to another one for this week in particular. im okay with it but am super super nervous about the whole thing.
since the store is unfamiliar with me, im super scared i’ll be annoying everyone there the entire time. i know im going to be there temporary but should i let these partners know anyway that im VERY new and literally just finished my training?

i did my training at a different store than the one i work, they’ll be understanding!

Yeah just try your best and tell them you’re super new! Everyone usually understands and honestly they might have a lot of new partners as well because of the recent staffing turn over
