Harassment training isn’t too bad when I have my friend with me! When he’s not keeping me company during these he lives in my apron pocket and soothes my anxiety during insane rushes :D (I HIGHLY suggest a little pocket friend of your own if every shift makes you wanna rip your hair out) (i.redd.it)

Oh im sure someone who isn't me would be fine haha, im notoriously the "messiest" on bar (bs, they're all equally as messy) but my apron does tend to get nassstaay fast.

Oh trust me I get being messy. It may even help if you keep it in your work bag or locker if you have one. I have one that’s weighted and gave one to my SM and she loves it. Helps with my anxiety.

If they have a little clip you could clip it to the top of your apron or safety pin them to you hat (I did that in drive one day and got so many compliments)

That’s super cute! I have a barista bear that had the sbucks apron on. I used to bring him with me all the time. His name is JoeBean the barista bear. He would sit on top of the pastry case or the mastrena depending on where I was working.

I literally was thinking of the hard ball stress toys that one can squeeze when you're angry. I think I need to get one of these whenever I think of entitled customers giving me shit. Just. Squeeze. The. Ball. lol

I keep one or 2 fidget toys in my pocket. I have a little pop it keychain that fits perfectly and its helped me stop biting my nails outside of work as well
