Anyone else having a problem with hires or transfers just not showing up?? Because no matter who we hire, or take on, they just don’t show up and it’s literally fucking hell like. Why the fuck would you accept a job and no show?? At least have the courtesy to decline the offer?? We’re so short, and I’m 100% exhausted.

Yeah, half don't even show up for interviews. Of the 4-5 people we've hired recently two have stayed (the two most recent)

Yes! We had a green bean finish training, do one shift out of training and then ghost us entirely. He was a closer too, so I'm extremely frustrated. Because of it, we've been closing with 2 people and had two 2person clean plays too. I'm exhausted since I'm the main closing SSV
