This is so interesting! I work at a high-volume store with a drive-thru (right off the interstate and next to a huge sports complex) and omg. Warming is the toughest position in the store.

I mean I was on pos, warming, brewing and ubers but I'm lucky enough to work at a cafe only store and although being understaffed has always been the usual here in the words of my manager "we can handle it" lol

Ours is cafe only too so this is totally accurate on slow days lol. The walking space behind the counter barely has enough room for people to walk past each other though, so when we’re packed we’re constantly knocking into each other 😂

We snagged some from another store but good lord am I tired of people asking for extra of everything. Getting more or less pumps of syrup is one thing but people would rather you use half the bottle of caramel like what the heck people.

I wish 😭😭😭 we're the highest volume drive in our district and we usually need to have one warmer and a warming runner/support in order to make it through peaks. Our pastry pulls are mf huuuge 😔✋🏼
