: I recently transferred to a new store and it’s a drive thru. My old manager didn’t put me at the store I initially wanted. The store i work in now is absolutely disgusting, the baristas that’s there even admit how disgusting their store is but still doesn’t do anything about it. My mental health at a drive-thru has gone completely down the drain to the point where I really hate coming into work vs when I was in a cafe absolutely enjoyed my job. I don’t want to quit but I don’t know what to do since my old manager told me I cannot transfer for another 6 months. Help?? Pls :’((
