Anyone have surgery done through Starbucks health insurance? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I have foot pain and I don’t know if I’ll need surgery or not (bunion?). I don’t think the health insurance at Starbucks covers that. Also, isn’t the max amount of time you can be on leave, like a month? It’ll take longer than that to recover.

You can get a medical leave for longer than a personal leave
The health insurance coverage is dependent on the plan you chose, but you can call your insurance provider and ask them what’s covered
