I’ve been coaching w my manger for interviews and ik you’re supposed to try to lead the interview and talk about strengths and your personal development plan (: come with 5 questions about the responsibilities or whatever you do have questions on! I do think they ask about situations and how to solve them, but hopefully a current SSV can confirm!
