i feel like im shorting out just trying to figure out where you'd even have space to prep??? how can you sequence??? do you place the whips and syrups on top of the oven while you use the counter to load everything into the blender??? absolute catastrophe.

Behind me is the espresso bar and counter where we do most prepping, but we have to cram everything on the counter cause there is no space elsewhere. Very tight, small kiosk, and we do the most sales in our district with $2k days. There is a lot of communication cause we be bumping into each other. Oh, and this was after the remodel we got a few months back. .
