Call partner resources and request an accommodation. Your shifts/manager will have to abide by what your accommodation requires which may be more frequent breaks/shorter shifts.

I wouldn’t say anything to anyone if you don’t want to. Who cares what they think? If they’re annoyed that’s their problem not yours. You can’t control it and saying you have a medical condition should be enough for someone to understand something. I doubt they’re annoyed with it. I’m visually impaired and only a handful of my coworkers know the full extent of my issue. My manager doesn’t even know everything.

You don't owe anyone an explanation of your disability!! I'm sorry your coworkers aren't understanding. I'd request an accomodation as soon as possible, though. Call partner resources @ 888-726-9411 choose option 1, then 4 and someone will talk to you about it. I haven't done mine yet, but I hope it goes smoothly. Feel free to PM me if you need to vent :-)
