found a google review about a situation i witnessed. 1/5 stars. this lady was making extremely snarky comments at my coworker, who has only been here for a month, saying how slow she was. When another barista let this lady know that she was training, she said "i can tell." anyway she complained about chocolate being on the cup (deserve lol)... aw poor 35 yr old woman can't use a napkin to wipe off a cup after rushing a new barista to finish her drink on an extremely busy day🥺. I think the worst part of this is that she's a nurse.. like aren't YOU of all people supposed to be nice and patient?

I typically say, “ yup, we’re working on it, it’ll be done in a minute.” I then turn my back and when the drinks done I’ll say in my gayest voice” have a good daaaay!”

Reminds me of a tweet I saw a while ago that said something to the effect of the venn diagram of high school bullies and nurses was pretty damn close to a circle and honestly at my store a lot of our ruder, more impatient customers are nurses and other medical staff, even pre-covid

Nurses and teachers are the WORST customers, lol. I would rather have a crowd of frap happy teens then some nurse preshifting for her unit or whatever. God, they make me want to be a terrible patient!

I’d have walked off the floor after “I can tell”

(tbf a lot of nurses don't care and should not be working with the public in any regard, especially not with people who are sick or otherwise need help)
