does anyone else hate uber orders in the middle of peak!!??? my store had a 10 drink uber order WITH a traveler today and then the driver came in like 1 minute after it was placed and got mad that it wasn’t ready. then the customer called and complained about the amount of time it took BUT MIND YOU it was 8:15am DURING peak

I turn them off if I get 4 deliveries within the span of 10 minutes. Those coupled with mobiles and in store people is too much. I turn it off for like 20-25 minutes and see if I can handle them again.

Yeah, Starbucks changed the way uber stickers work so that they only print when the driver is basically already there. Because, you know, it's not like uber drivers are already the most impatient people on the planet and uber orders are always huge.

We had a 30+ item uber order this morning during peak 🙃 granted 10 of the items were bnb... but we were out of them and they had been marked out in the system since open. Oh also the customer would not pick up when we called to tell them we were out and the uber tablet wouldn't let me refund the difference so I had to call uber support and be on hold for five minutes 🙃🙃🙃
