Hey y’all! My girlfriend got hired just recently and is having some issues. She’s a 320 but her number is 8 digits long rather than 7. It works for getting into the partner hub, but she says it won’t work for marking out stuff or signing onto the register.
Her manager is kinda like “well I don’t know what to do” about it and isn’t helping, so I plan on talking to my manager about it and the manager of a different store that has been borrowing me. I believe at my borrowed store someone else had the same issue, I didn’t hear if they fixed it though. Anyone know why or what to do? Thanks!

Yeah the new ones are 8 digits long for some reason. I've noticed that they take a little longer (about a week) to actually get into the system correctly, but they have been working as normal after that. That's just from my experience at my store though.

Oh okay for sure, she just had her orientation day on Monday so that must be why, I just remember mine working the day or two after my orientation. I also thought it was weird she couldn’t even sign into the register. Thank you!

Update the system in the menu for adding new partners, it takes the POS down 10 minutes but then the new partners can log in

I'm 320 and 8 digits too. I still can't clock in, just doesn't work. My manager texted me a couple of days ago asking why my hours weren't logged (she's rarely there when I start) and I told her I still can't log in and they don't know what to do.

Hi there. I’m a 367 and also an 8digit. I was recently hired as well and my partner number wasn’t working either, it has to do with your task and emails being recorded from your manager. If your manager isn’t helping she needs to contact her DM
