Couldn’t sleep last night due to my nightmare in which we ran out of cold brew. Upon arriving to open the store, I discovered that the closers didn’t make any cold brew yesterday. Needless to say, we ended up running out of cold brew 🙃 (self.starbucksbaristas)

Both day parts should be making cold brew it isn’t just closers responsibility.

Yeah that’s what used to happen at my store. But then the closers (myself included) got sick of doing it all and told the morning crew they need to start carrying their weight. Now we only make enough toddies for the second half of the day and if the morning crew can’t be assed to make their own cold brew, then they’re not gonna have any 🤷🏻♂️
