And I’m already looking for a new job with everyone LMAOOOOO 💀💀💀

I will NOT be going down with this sinking ship while literally all my work besties who make this job bearable leave, I still forget the date dots and ask a fair amount of questions per shift so I can’t imagine being on a shift with no seasoned baristas and a crew full of greener beans than myself.

It was okay-ish while it lasted but Starbucks better get their shit together, their employee retention is fucking horrendous and I feel so bad for the partners at my store who have been here for YEARS and get treated like shit (by both customers and corporate AND our SM / SSVs) while also getting paid like trash.

Honestly I’m excited to leave once I find another job, this place has caused me so much fucking stress in the past month and it’s only getting worse as we’re becoming more and more understaffed and getting hit with more shortages and discontinuations.

I honestly pray for y’all who are going through the same and hope it gets better, and if it doesn’t I hope you realize your worth and get out of this hell.
