I tend to use more syrup for my tastes but it's basically the standard funnel cake frapp recipe with tweaks. I used 2 shots of blonde espresso, 3 pumps funnel cake syrup, 5 cinnamon dulce, frapp syrup, and I've been doing either white mocha( you can use dark for a more authentic churro experience) and/or dark caramel syrup at the bottom of the cup the whip and white mocha and cinnamon sugar on top with the funnel cake topping. Depending on my taste buds, I'll probably use more funnel cake syrup in the blend.
