we have a drain like this at my store, there's no tubes going into it so nothing goes down it unless something spills or is dumped into it, that's why it looks so clean

There’s no way the basic spray cleaner and blue scrubber does that. Did you use a pumice stick?

We use oven cleaner and 50 grit sand paper! Super random but gets all the gross off

My SM had me just use the spray and blue scrubber and it was a wholly unsatisfying experience, I was only able to knock about a 25% layer off the stuff

One time i picked those things up (the dome thing in the drain) and threw them in the sink for a deep bleached hot water soaking. A spider crawled out and I almost died at work.
