Angry cloth and apron guy? Help! (self.starbucksbaristas)

Hey love's, I need assistance with figuring out a way to deal with the wet aprons and cloths that sit in our hampers for the laundry people. (They come twice every week)
I have a store of 25 Barista's and even with 50% of the team ringing out their cloth's our hampers get full of stagnant water which in turn causes flies in the summer, and an angry laundry guy who has to dump out the collected water at the bottom of the hampers -- he dumps this water directly on our floor by the way, despite the sink being right there.

Double blue bag and have a bag in their sack they deliver the cloths in.

We put ours in a bad, inside a little trash can and take it out every day.
