Idk about you but I make 10 dollars an hour. Which is up 50 cents from last year, before our DMs told us that our raises would be “competitive with target” . Y’all can say what u want but I’m gonna act my wage. They don’t care about us and want us to work harder than they think we’re worth. Don’t let them.

Big this. I don't care about profits, I care about going home on time.
When "work your wage" slacks off, it's not corporate who feels it. It's coworkers picking up the slack, especially the closing team.
