I'm in the process of applying and would love to ask a few questions about the hiring process and what to expect.

Hey! I used to work there as a TLA (intern-ish). They usually are very accepting of partners from the stores since we have context of how most stores look compared to an outside hire. You'll be trained on everything you need to know, though the service desk has been remote since the pandemic and I can't really comment on how effective their training is.

Not to scare or intimidate you, but just know that your supervisors will track your call times. This includes how long your calls are, how long you've put the caller on hold, how long before you answer a call, etc. Of course, in the beginning they won't really mind but if you want to be there permanently, improving your call times would be one thing you should work on.

Message me if you have any other questions!
