I love drinking iced chais but half the chai with equal amounts of brown sugar syrup, 1 less pump white mocha. It's a little sweet so may not be to your liking. Grande would be 2 pumps chai, 2 pumps brown sugar, 1 pump white mocha. I usually put lightly salted (1 packet of salt) cold foam on top with a pump of dark caramel into the foam - it tastes good without this in my personal opinion but it adds some more sweetness with a hint of salt.
I also really like getting a Venti Iced Shaken Espresso with no classic, 3 pumps white mocha, 3 pumps toffee nut, caramel drizzle, and sweet cream instead of 2%. It is super sweet, probably because of the sweet cream. I've never tried it with 2% but that might cut down on how sweet it is. You could probably also reduce how many pumps of white mocha are in it to decrease how sweet it is also.
I also like getting a syrup frappuccino, no milk sub apple juice, with cinnamon dolce. Add caramel drizzle on top of the whip cream. It tastes like fall. Obviously put cream base in it btw. It isn't super sweet, I honestly feel like it tastes super similar to one of those apple turnover things.

My absolute favorite is to use black or green tea in place of water/lemonade in the refreshers. Cuts down how sweet they are and still gives you a bunch of flavor

I like to do green tea with raspberry syrup or the iced London fog with brown sugar syrup
