I feel exactly the same. I transferred to a store closer to home about 5 months ago and it’s been really upsetting. Tomorrow is my last shift before I transfer back to my old store. It’s a distance away but it is just a better store plus my friends are there.

I'm honestly thinking about doing the same thing but it'll take me about an hour to commute there and I just don't find it worth it for 5hrs of work. I'll just have to keep my head down and hang in there. 🤷‍♀️

my store is really starting to bother me too, i’ve only been working there for a month and since our store is busy we dedicate a whole position to solely customer support and that’s what i’ve been trained the most on because not many of my coworkers have been trained on it. i’ve been trained on dto and window, pos, and very little oven time and even less bar time (only hot bar so far bc we never have time) but the other day, 4 people called out of work so guess what i was doing? CS, pos, and ovens. i felt bad for getting overwhelmed, but i had only worked there for a month so far and i had never done ovens by themselves for a full shift. since our store usually requires a person on cs during peak we started to get behind on a lot of things because i could only focus on doing ovens and pos at the same time. it made me feel incredibly shitty and i almost had a breakdown so i’m not sure if i’m gonna continue working there. i’ll give it another try but my store is infamous for being super busy and always understaffed

That's absolutely very stressful especially on peak and you shouldn't feel bad for feeling overwhelmed. I've been there too and it's not fun at all. Hang in there. If you see an out, take it.
