So yesterday our sticker machine stopped working mid shift. Today everyone is in a crabby mood. Not to mention we ran out of Venti iced cups and now we’re almost out of Trenta cups. We can’t catch a break

On Tues my store ran out of grande ice cups and my SM told us not to tell people at the reg that we would serve them in a venti but charge for a grande, only to tell them that we were out when served them. Most people didn't care, some were happy. Some were definitely not happy bc they only wanted a certain amount of shots or something but couldnt complain.
