It said in the weekly update that you can get Simply Lemonade from the store! So whoever said that, you can reference it, I forget which week it was, it was a little while ago, but it is approved by corporate to use that brand!

Remade a girls Caramel frap FOUR TIMES yesterday cause she said it was “too liquid-y” after adding 2 shots of espresso to it. The 4th time I was like “next time ask for a little extra ice, and she gave me the dirtiest look. Then, after making one with a little extra ice and a bit of extra caramel (cause I’m pretty sure that was her original issue) she was like “still tastes weird but whatever. THEN she proceeds to ask for all of the ones I made wrong for free so I dumped them all out in front of her and she stormed off 🤣

My favorite was a lady that came to drive thru who could clearly see before even entering the drive thru line that we were BUSY AS FUUUCCCCK. The DT line was so long it was causing a traffic backup at the intersection in front of the store because ppl kept trying to come. And then she gets to DTO and asks if she can have a discount or free drink for having to wait so long before she even ordered. Like no ma'am, next time please use your brain if you have one.

Or the ppl that get mad they had to wait so long in the DT line to get their mobile order. Like bruh, park your car and use those things attached to the lower part of your body that we call legs to walk your lazy ass inside and pick it up off the counter yourself. Would've taken you less than 60 seconds....
