If you have a fever, don’t go in. This isn’t just a covid thing - we work with food, and by going in when you’re sick you risk spreading your illness to customers and coworkers

As long as you follow proper call out procedure, no. If you’re sick it’s not your responsibility to find coverage.
Also, check if you have sick time available- you can use that to cover your pay, and that time protects your job too

You’ll get a lot of conflicting information here, but all the covid resources are on partner hub.
For instance, I’ll tell you that you only get CAT pay if you test positive for COVID or if you have to isolate because you were exposed to someone at Starbucks who also tested positive, but someone else may disagree.

If you have an actual fever there is a 48 hr time period before you can go back to work. I’m not sure about CAT pay tho

Not even that, it’s policy. You cannot go in. Remind him of that. Also I think it’s only 48 hours, it might be more.
