I know for sure ASU covers all tution, and somewhat sure they pay for student fees too. Books are self paid though. The SCAP page on the Patner Benefits portal should list it all out.
But I think that in the long run, having a better paying job in general will be better than having SCAP and a low wage. Having more options for colleges is good too, especially if your major is very specific.
Personally I'm trying to work the mimimum SCAP benefit hours (20hrs/wk) for SBUX and then having a 2nd job that pays me a living wage for the rest of the week, so I can have both.
