$1i recently promoted a few weeks ago and i’m pretty sure this is the exact form they used to interview me. they only ended up asking me two or three of those questions though, and the rest of the interview was just getting to know me and my skills and such. i’d definitely recommend that you look over those pages and prepare some answers (if you think you need to), and there’s also some really helpful info on there about what they are and aren’t looking for !!!!
at the very end of the interview they asked if there was anything else i would like to share about myself that would make me a good shift supervisor, so maybe think of an extra selling point or two! (for example- i shared that i was a girl scout for 13 years so i have a *ton* of leadership experience, which is really important as a shift and they really liked that)
good luck on your interview!! ☕️💕
