Do incident reports do anything? my ssv reported 4 people today and i don’t really know what it does. I’ve been told i can refuse service to those certain people but i know not everyone in the store is going to do that.
i don’t want to seem like a grumpy barista not serving them but their attitudes and actions weren’t acceptable no matter their loyalty to our store.

It’s record keeping. If there are repeated incidents then that’s how we can justify banning a customer from the store. Without a record of incidents, things can get fishy
