Today's my birthday but I didn't receive my birthday drink. Maybe it's because I'm a partner and we have the free food and drink? Has this happened to anyone else?

Did you not say you were using your birthday drink when ordering? Also, you get free drinks everyday, is it such a big deal? Not trying to be mean, I hope you have a happy birthday!!

Thank you! I was getting a coffee for my mom and I and I did say a birthday reward but the barista didn't see it. Not a big deal tho, just curious
