Will I ever get a raise of some sort? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Do pay reviews happen at certain times of the year because I'm getting quite tired of being paid $10.55/hr. I know the ceo guy said he'd pay everyone $15/hr eventually but i dont really trust that..

Raises at stabucks are done annually. Everyone gets the same raise regardless of performance.

You can ask your manager for a raise during your pdc if you think you deserve one. Be prepared to say why you deserve it over your coworkers. Also it general helps if you are a integral part of your team. I.E the person who bars during peak. If not its not really worth your manager asking the dm approval of a raise. You also get an annual raise but that is really just a cost of living adjustment to beat inflation.
