Negotiating My Wage???? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I’m transferring to a store in Seattle soon and my friend told me she negotiated her pay rate when she moved up there. I want to do the same because the minimum wage won’t get me anywhere. I was wondering if y’all had any tips or what I should say to prove I’m worth more than the minimum wage.

If you can bar you are already doing better than like 90% of baristas.
