Hey all, I've been working at sbux for about 4-5 weeks now and am incredibly stressed out by the work. I want to keep working but am looking at the possibility of working at another location. I found a store with no drivethru that seems to be p chill and is hiring. Does anyone know the odds of a new hire being allowed to transfer so early? and should I contact that stores manager first or would that be seen as going behind the back of my current sm? thanks

I doubt you could transfer that soon because it’s usually 6+ months before a switch but you could try. But you probably have a better chance of quitting and reapply. But you should definitely try talking to a SM first. Who knows maybe it’ll work out in your favor. 💃🏾
