Our closers last night forgot to clean our espresso machine. We had to clean it this morning and now it’s in “deep sleep mode”. How the hell do we wake it up. I’ve been one manning the bar with 1 espresso machine and a nonstop rush 🥲

It should be back up in about 15 minutes, that’s why it’s important for the bars to be cleaned at night

It never came back up. One of my shifts came in 4 hours after opening and just reset it.
