I take some hours. I dropped from 38 to 16 with our new schedule. And I only requested on full day off…. Like wtf

Ever since mid-march I’m scheduled for 38-39.5 hours EVERY week. I work more than all 3 of my SSVs and almost as much as my SM 🙃 I have no idea why it’s like this but I’m the only barista at my store with this many hours, it’s literally killing my body.

The past 4 months I’ve been pulling around 43 hours a week. While working 24 hours a week at my other job. (Children’s Hospital with overnight shifts) and I just wanna sleep🙂
