You add a timer to the app so people can only order 1 time every 15 minutes. But they would never implement this so it doesn’t matter

People think we don't deserve tips because we're "fast food" but literally the only things that is actually fast *is the food* since everything else (other than a plain black coffee or ice tea) is freshly made for each order.

one time had a 45 drink order 🙂they placed their order in the cafe and didn’t tip either. it was about 20 frappuccinos, 20 refreshers, and the rest were just other stuff. we remind them every couple of months they do this to call ahead or place a mobile order but nope! never listen!

We get around three 27 drink orders every Tuesday or so. The lady comes multiple times a day for people she works with or something 🤪🙃
