i made another post about thinking about quitting even though i was a week into the job, so here’s the continuation.

i decided to quit because 1) i’m still in high school & live at home so i don’t *need* this job to survive (still looking for other work though lol), 2) the store was incredibly busy and understaffed and i’m far too anxious for that, and 3) i don’t know if my manager was just unprepared or something (she’s new) but i really didn’t get along with her & felt like she didn’t want me there.

SO needless to say, i quit starbucks. i went back today to turn in my apron and get my tips, and they told me i didn’t have tips? like they lost them??????? i’m so confused yall. is this allowed? the manager said she would text me *if* she found them, which makes it seem like i might just not get any tips at all. is this a thing that happens? because i feel like it shouldn’t be.
