My grandma says they only care about money. I told her if that were true they would charge for each additional flavor syrup, squeeze of caramel, oz of refresher base, and cup of ice. If they *really* cared about profit they fix the POS so no matter how you try to ring something up it would cost the same. They care more about making customers happy so they come back, no matter how much they abuse the system because it isn't corporate that gets screwed over, it's each individual store.

They're trying to circumvent the system by mobile ordering. You should definitely let them know there's an upcharge for adding a sauce, even if you add it to a cold foam, and refund + charge correctly. It takes the extra minute for the first few times, but eventually it should change how they order or if they even go to your store
